Out of 3 bidders, Far East Organization and Sino Group won the 99-year leasehold mixed-used Jalan Anak Bukit site in Bukit Timah with the highest bid of S$1.028 billion.
Among the other bidders was Wing Tai Holdings, which submitted a bid of S$1.011 billion in partnership with Mercatus Commercial Trust (which is affiliated with Mercatus Co-operative). Meanwhile, Allgreen Properties and Kerry Properties jointly submitted a bid of S$808.99 million.
